NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:
All services require a deposit to be made in order to secure your appointment slot. Please note any appointments made without deposit collected WILL NOT be serviced by Deandrea. Deposit amounts are put towards your service, meaning the remaining balance is to be paid in full at time of service. Other payment methods, such as cash app and Paypal (subject to tax) are also acceptable. Failure to reschedule an appointment in a timely manner or if an appointment results in cancellation, will result in your deposit being forfeited for a future booking.
RECEIPT / PAYPAL INVOICES:
Your booking emails are advised to be kept for personal records. For all clients paying deposits through cash app you will have an invoice attached through PayPal for our records and may be sent a copy, upon request. For clients who have paid a deposit and finishing payment upon date of service or order, you may also request a copy of PayPal invoicing for your records. Please note payment is due by date listed on receipt, failure to pay in full will add a $10 late fee per day that the invoice is PAST DUE. Failure to submit original full payment + daily late charge after 15 days ($150 total late fee) will result in the banning of future services/orders.
Clients are to arrive on time to scheduled appointment. If late and no contact to stylist, client is charged $15 late charge to overall service. Once it is past 30mins, the appointment is considered cancelled and any deposit amount received is non-refundable and WILL NOT be used towards a later appointment date. Please be respectful of stylist's time and communicate any lateness! All No Show clients will be blocked and banned from any future bookings, no exceptions.
TRAVEL FEE + SUNDAY SERVICE:
Travel fee will have an additional $20 charge to overall service amount that will be included in invoice. Please keep in mind that when traveling to you, I now have to pack and load equipment, tools and more. While Sunday is not a working day, clients who speak to Deandrea directly & request appointment at least 72hrs in advance may be serviced for a Sunday fee of $30, added to overall service price. Please note fee will need to be paid in advance with deposit.
CUSTOM WIGS + EXTENSIONS:
For any service listed under these categories, please view description first. Hair is to be washed and blown out, no oils or greases when arriving at appointment. Hair that needs to be blown out straight by stylist will result in extra $10 fee to service price. If something is not included in your service description, you will be charged for each additional service! For wigs orders, clients are given 72hrs to provide measurements, failure to do so will result in wig being made on standard 22in block canvas. When contacting in regards to a custom unit, clients are encouraged to Email desired style photos in the beginning of the creation process. Please understand no in depth details will be given out in regards to making one's wig without a deposit first received.
GLAM MAKEUP BOOKINGS:
For any service listed under these categories, please view description first. All clients are to have their eyebrows fully groomed prior to appointment, unless the service is included. Failure to do so will result in additional $5 grooming charge. You are allowed to bring desired pictures with you, please make sure they fall into service guidelines. If lashes are not included, you may purchase from styles listed online. All clients for makeup appointments may have before and after images taken of them for promotional use.
No children or extra guests are allowed to be in attendance with you during time of service. As this is my personal home, guests are required to follow any house rules, including removal of shoes upon entrance. Beverage choice of wine, tea or water will be offered with a small snack during services with 1hr duration or longer. Clients may choose to opt out and request service be done in their home, office or etc as long as travel fee is paid in full along with deposit.
Clients who refer others will receive $10 off their next service, as long as the new client successfully makes their appointment.
